We are looking for an experienced technician with Plumbing experience who also has some construction skills to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from soldering, cutting copper, measuring precisely fixing leakages to installing pipes in precise areas. A successful tech must have a thorough knowledge of solving problems and being creative in all plumbing aspects as well as problem-solving. They are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. Great paying job for the right person. Responsibilities: Cut, assemble, solder, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure making outdoor showers Work in incredible detail with precise infrastructure Problem solve plumbing placement for efficient operation of showers Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) Have basic construction experience like routing, drilling, and working with delicate items Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. Be responsible for cleaning work area, taking care and maintaining machines Responsible for inventory control of plumbing supplies Skills Proven experience as a plumber Must be organized and clean Solid understanding of water distribution in residential, and commercial setups Ability to handle plumbing & construction tools as well as equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, torches, routers, drills, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Punctual, reliable, creative Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship and or license **Must be legal, show proof of papers, be willing to drug test and have a background check done
