Responsibilities: Repairing and maintaining electrical fixtures Painting Using various power tools and forklifts Installing drywall Diagnose and solve maintenance issues Ensure all work is done in a timely manner Responsible for physical upkeep of the property Various other general labor Requirements: 2 + years’ experience in maintenance or related industry Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities Customer service orientation with the ability to work with residents, vendors, management, and co-workers Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
