If you’re looking for some part time work that pays cash (1099) year end.. give me a call. Starting wage is 15 per hour and we can go from there. If you are struggling with drug addiction but are not seeking help this job is not for you. I’m not interested in enabling you to continue hurting yourself. If you are struggling with drug addiction and have admitted to yourself and others that you have a problem.. I will 100 percent consider hiring you. Q: Why do I mention this? A: because it’s a stark reality in this trade... I also mention this because I expect 100 percent honesty from day one. If you are on drugs.. I need to know. If you took an adderall that you are not prescribed to this morning for the first time in 3 months..I need to know. If you are texting people looking for pain pills in the middle of the work day so you don’t start withdrawal.. I need to know. Honesty is the only way I can help you. If you smoke pot on your lunch break.. I need to know. (Because It’s still ILLEGAL in ALABAMA) If you get drunk more often than not.. I need to know. If you have a criminal record.. I NEED TO KNOW. Being honest with me will go a long way. Being honest with yourself will take you even further. 9 times out of 10 if you lie to me, you’re really only lying to yourself because I see straight through it. If you are reading this and you’ve never suffered from any drug addictions that’s great for you. Anyone who wants a chance and is completely honest with me will be considered. There’s no reason to ask me what we will be doing. If you can follow directions, have transportation and lift an 8 foot step ladder you qualify. If you get hired and show up to realize that you have a lot of experience in this trade.. I DO NOT need to know. I need DIRECTIONS FOLLOWED. 2 ears.. 2 eyes.. 0 mouth until it’s your time to talk. I don’t need suggestions on how to do the job. You have to earn my trust and the privilege to make suggestions over time. If you want to impress me.. you won’t. If you are a young man or woman with young children at home and you’re trying to make a full time paycheck for all of your bills every week.. I cannot guarantee full time hours at this point. Maybe in the future, but as of right now... I can only guarantee an 8 hour day on each day that I need you with cash pay at the end of the week on Friday. I’m willing to work with your schedule if this is a second job for you. Lastly, There are two things we don’t talk about at work.. politics and religion. Your political and religious views are of no concern to get hired. If you end up full time with me.. you will have benefits. Those benefits are someone you can trust and someone who will teach. Someone who will want to see you succeed. Someone who is happy when you quit working for me to go on and be your own boss or do whatever it is that makes you happy in life. I don’t expect to see anyone work for someone else the rest of their lives. However, for some people.. that’s what makes them feel happy and fulfilled. The wisdom of knowing without each other our lives are empty. So maybe Indian is your life roll. Maybe you’re happy with it. There’s nothing wrong with that. You’re welcome to stick around with me as long as you would like, but just know... my roll is CHIEF.
