This includes multiple buildings on one campus. Responsibilities • Perform daily walkthrough of grounds/residence to check building upkeep, appearance, safety of common areas, and proper operation of equipment • Review work orders and complete work priorities • Troubleshoot equipment problems to determine required repairs and reports them to Maintenance Director • Complete required maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds, and equipment • Perform work detail (work performed, service needed, etc.) and complete a work ticket for billing/payroll • Assist with work performed by outside vendors to ensure timely completion in the contracted manner • Provide documentation to maintain records of repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections Benefits Becoming a member of the Legend team offers a rewarding future with a growing company.
