Load and unload hay and grain and feed animals. Use of Tractor to plow garden, planting and use of roto tiller. Use of chain saw for firewood and log splitter. Use of lawn mower, weed eater etc to keep lawn neat. Maintenance of all equipment used. Operation of equipment is not on level ground typical WV. Must be in good physical condition, have a valid driver's license and transportation. No drug use. No smoking in barn areas.
