Description
Small-time landlord here in Lakeland and Winter Haven (20 apartments total) looking for a handyman to do occasional repairs as needed when tenants call and need something fixed. Also move in / move out repairs between tenants. Approximately 3-4 hours of work a week on average (some weeks more, some weeks less) so just a little extra spending money in your spare time, not a full or part time job.
You should have experience with light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, ideally flooring and roofing work also.
