General Laborer/Operator What We Do: Integrated Water Systems, LLC is a Residuals Management Facility located in Plant City, FL. Integrated Water Systems exists to provide biosolids disposal solutions for Septic Hauling Companies and Wastewater Treatment Facilities in the Central Florida region. Primary Responsibility: Primary responsibility will be assisting with general labor required to get the facility into operational condition. Once the plant is operational, general labor/maintenance responsibilities will continue, including lawn maintenance and equipment cleaning/maintenance, as well as operating the biosolids management equipment (Screw Press, Bioset, etc.) Job Responsibilities Include: General Laborer • Help with cleanup and removal of old equipment and material throughout the facility • Assist with inspection and repairs of facility and equipment • Unload materials from trucks and place them at the proper location • Provide any assistance to the subcontractors as needed • May perform reasonably similar or related duties as instructed • Lawn Maintenance, as needed • General Facility cleanup and maintenance, as needed Operator • Assists arriving customer at liquid receiving station • Clean Bar Screens as needed • Clean grit chambers as needed • Operate dewatering screw press • Operate Bioset Equipment • Necessary training to operate the equipment will be provided Job Requirements: • Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Able to walk/stand several hours during an 8-hour shift • Clean and maintain a safe working environment • Ability to drive a forklift/skid steer and/or be trained • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols • Valid Driver’s License required Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or modified either formally or informally, either in writing or verbally at the discretion of Management.
