IMMEDIATE OPENING: Seeking an experienced, Property Maintenance Technician. Full time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:00 but that is somewhat flexible. Valid Driver's License is required. Located in the Clearwater Beach area. Brief job description: Basic handyman skills, exterior/interior maintenance and light janitorial, as well as working outdoors in the common areas. • Common grounds; remove debris, and sweep or blow off sidewalks and curbs, as necessary. • Paint common area sidewalks. • Pull out common area trash and recycle containers on designated trash pick-up days. • Notify management for follow up on residential rule violations or problems on the property. • Maintain the maintenance building, equipment and supply rooms in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. • Respond immediately to the Onsite Community Manager during working hours and while on call. • Complete management work orders for common area maintenance. Perform other services which may be requested by the board of directors through the Manager. • Follow established safety policies and procedures using OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.
