I recently lost my beloved Shih Tzu, age 15+ years. I am retired, live alone, and need another to help heal my heart. I would also look at mixed breed small dogs. Why can't I find someone with passion in their heart to let me purchase at a reasonable price a new best friend. Please help me in this endeavor. Thank you so much!
