Company benefits include: - Competitive Pay Rates. - Guaranteed 40+ hours of work every week. - Supplemental Insurance Program (available after 90 days of employment) - 5 Paid Holidays Off Every Year - 1 week of paid vacation available after 1 year of employment. - Annual Holiday Bonuses (Based on performance) Job Duties: Crew leaders would be responsible for overseeing and participating in all aspects of delivery process, including: - Loading and unloading rental equipment in trucks and trailers - Delivering rental items - Setting up rental items for events - Installing string lighting and drapery - Breaking down rental items at the end of events - Cleaning and prepping rental items for orders - Basic warehouse work - Completing vehicle safety inspections - Maintain accurate delivery & pickup records - Perform other duties as requested Applicant Requirements: - Must be over 18 - Must have and maintain a valid and clean drivers license - Must have reliable transportation to get to work - Must be punctual - Must maintain acceptable attendance record. - Must be a team player with a positive attitude. - Must have strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills. - Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis. - Must have a full range of motion and dexterity. - Must be willing to work some nights and weekends. - Must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week and overtime on an as needed basis. - Must maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers. - Must be able to understand English and write legibly. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. - Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience. - The ability to pull and backup trailers is a plus, however training can be provided for the right candidate. Job Notes: The event industry can be a fast paced industry, especially during our busiest months of the year. Due to the nature of our work, you will be working in an assortment of different working conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to: outdoors, in non-temperature controlled warehouses, in outdoor conditions that include heat, rain, wind, etc. Great attendance and punctuality are musts.
