Looking for a full-time position for Maintenance services near Southside/Jacksonville area. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and work between the hours of 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week. Additional hours and an occasional weekend will be required. Under the supervision of the Operation Manager responsibilities include by not limited to: · Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings and outdoor equipment, including playgrounds, pool decks, signage, lights, etc. · Building Maintenance will include painting, plumbing, basic electrical, drywall repairs, etc. · Maintain clean facilities at all times, which include trash and debris pick up and disposal. · Removing trash and debris from lakes, common areas, etc. · Performs requested work from the Operations Manager All applicants are required to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and have reliable transportation, current auto insurance and a valid driver’s license. We are offering an individual health benefits package after a 90 day probationary period which includes health, dental, vision, paid holiday and after a year of service paid time off and 401K available.
