- Experience in small repairs in plumbing, electrical, tiles etc.
- Experience in janitorial duties and garbage waste removal in NYC
- Ability to handle and manage building concerns and maintenance issues.
- Keeping good relations with residents.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Self-motivated & proactive.
