Found little black/gray dog&&

I am not finder. Finder found running on Louisiana and Quito in Denver. Neighbors say they have seen dog nearby before at church and near park. Unsure if allowed to roam or has been lost a while. Unknown if chipped. Finder gave to a neiggbor who was going to scan for chip, but intends on keeping. I have asked them to make posts and hang fliers. Will update as I can. Male (theybsaid) shih tzu or mix kr similar Small bred. Gray/black. No collar. Ruby hill neighborhood area. ^^If you are interested!! Please give me your phone number^^
