Here at Constructive Solutions, we don't go about architecture in the same manner as most firms. We like to think outside the box, which apparently clients like because we are busy and growing. We are a true design/build firm that believes in projects and processes that enrich the lives of our community, clients, and collaborators. We are working on expanding our design team as well as our portfolio to projects that we are not going to construct. Are you passionate about energy efficient design and building performance? Do you like to be involved with construction as much as design? At CSI you’ll have the opportunity to be involved with all aspects of a project from start to finish. This could include generating specs and selections, estimating, managing and being part of the production team whether, it's pouring concrete, swinging a hammer or executing the finishing details. CSI is dedicated to well-crafted energy efficient projects. We also design and construct furniture, decorative pieces, countertops and pretty much anything else a client can think of. Flexibility to learn and perform other roles will be required. Qualifications: • Positive attitude, hardworking and self-motivated • Excellent Revit skills, from project concept through construction documents • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Minimum 3 years of architectural office experience • Detail oriented and very well organized • Ability to work independently and in a team Beneficial skills: • Degree in Architecture or Drafting • Construction knowledge and experience • Experience with project estimating and budgeting • Experience with city, county, HOA/ COA submittal processes • Experience with client interface • Experience with CoConstruct and PlanGrid project software • Experience with marketing- print and digital Our main design office is located on the second floor of The Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture in downtown Bozeman. We have a shop located about 5 miles Southwest of Belgrade that has the ability to become a secondary design office. We are also open to the idea of remote work, but you would have to be available for in-person meetings from time to time and site visits.
