FREE healthy event - that will include a health experience, interview with the leader and a great time afterwards with food and drinks. Are you the type of person that charts your own course and loves experiences? We've started a group that loves adventure and wants to be as healthy as possible to enjoy it. Join us each month for a FREE healthy event - that will include a health experience, interview with the leader and a great time afterwards with food and drinks. The healthy experience will rotate between things like an exercise class, yoga class, meditation, etc. Please bring your own exercise mat. Drinks and lite food from Honey & Rind will be provided afterwards. This month we will be hosting Dr. Sandra Solano (MD) from Integro who will be performing Sound Therapy with us using Tibetan Singing Bowls. Check out some pics from previous event:
