We’re looking for a full-time Technician to install, repair, and maintain our pool covers. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is punctual and reliable, willing to learn, has a positive attitude, and is dedicated to the goals of our company. This is a great position with opportunity for growth! We have customers all over New England and travel to NH, CT, the North Shore as well as the Cape and Islands. Our company was just featured on the TV show “This Old House” and we are known for our attention to detail and quality work. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Servicing existing pool covers and repair problems as needed • Install pool covers on new and existing pools • Trouble-shoot with other techs to solve difficult operational problems • Maintain parts stock in service truck • Knowledge of hand tools and power tools QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Current MA driver’s license • Clean driving record • Must be 18 years or older • Must be able to read and write English • Mechanically inclined (electrical, plumbing, automotive repair, HVAC, welders, construction experience is preferred but not necessary) • Must have your own reliable transportation to our Rochester facility • Excellent customer service skills and abilities • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent or Trade School PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT • Some heavy lifting required. Will be bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking throughout each day.
