Open Hearth Cooking Class The Derby Historical Society is excited to teach YOU the skills and technology of long ago. Back by popular demand is the talented Maria Schreiner for another private hearth cooking class! Each person will assist in cooking an entree and a dessert in our fireplace. Participants get to enjoy the meal after building up an appetite! $25 per person.
