Livestock Operations Assistant Typical hours: 11am-9pm Mon-Sat Wages: $15-20+/Hour, With Benefits & Overtime Pay Position Requirements: 1) A minimum of a GED. Can read, write and speak English. 2) Some experience with basic hand and power tools, as well as equipment. 3) Knowledge of handling cattle, best practices, and safety procedures. 4) A valid driver’s license, clear record, and reliable transportation (exceptions available). 5) Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50-75 pounds. 6) A heightened attention to detail and can follow direction with positive attitude. 7) Can keep busy with useful tasks. 8) The ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9) Ability to stand, and work in diverse indoor/outdoor conditions for 10+ hours. 10) Must be willing to work weekends and evenings regularly.
