This event is all about wellness for your body, mind and soul. We will have Breanne talking about WELLNESS & SKINCARE and why it is important for us to take care of our skin and to protect it from the sun and environment. There will be samples of skin care products for people that would like to try something they may need or don’t have. Also she will be providing a daily collagen beauty liquid supplement shot that helps with hydrating the skin and stimulating the collagen and elasticity in the skin. Emily will be taking you through a grounding meditation and preparing you for the sound bath. Lauren will be guiding you on a journey of deep relaxation with crystal sound healing bowls, gong, chimes, and other soothing instruments to help you relax even deeper. We will be ending the event with mini hand massage offerings and some fun giveaways in a swag bag filled with local self care female businesses!!
