JOB TITLE: CUSTODIAN Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor and Property Manager Position Summary: Work directly with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Property Manager provide appropriate custodial care and basic maintenance of the Community facilities. Essential Job Functions: • Routine inspection and structure daily cleaning routine for cleanliness throughout Clubhouse, Amenity Center, Tennis, Satellite Pool areas, Pool grills, doggie stations, guard shack, Clubhouse and Pool Café kitchen, Pro Shop and Golf Locker rooms. • Report minor repairs mechanical malfunctions and/or safety issues to appropriate personnel. • Exercise discretion in identifying projects requiring professional services. • Power washing as directed. • Furniture setup & breakdown as needed. • Routine policing of grounds and facilities for litter and trash removal. • Janitorial services for all facilities as directed. • Other reasonable duties as directed. Qualifications: Must have the training and/or experience which would indicate an ability to competently perform the essential job functions. Skills: Must have the ability to effectively use hand, overhead hand tools & power tools. Must have the skills necessary to competently perform the essential job functions. Must be able to show initiative. Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to walk, reach, climb, maintain balance, sit, stoop, crawl, or kneel. Must be able to carry or lift at least 20 pounds and be able to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have sufficient vision to successfully perform the essential job functions. HOURS: Nights: Wednesday - Sunday 3pm-11:30pm
