We're looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technicians to work at a Luxury Apartment Community in the Downtown San Jose area. REQUIREMENTS: - Maintenance Experience with Mid-Rise Apartment Buildings - Repair experience in paint & drywall, general electrical and plumbing, appliance installation, general maintenance - Great customer service - Responsible and reliable - Must have all tools - Experience with Rent-Ready Unit Turnovers - Experience with property inspections *Nationwide background checks are run on all candidates before hiring.
