Overhead Door and Gate company in the beautiful wine country looking for an entry level service technician to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should be able to provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. We will provide training. Requirements: • Clean Driving Record • Fluent in English • Reliable Preferred skills or knowledge of: • Mechanically inclined • Sales Experience • Ability to troubleshoot • Good communicator • Customer Service • Detail oriented • Electrical knowledge • Delivery Experience Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Following company and manufacturer procedures • Interact with customers and potential customers providing advice and recommendations of services, replacement products, product applications and sales. • Job duties vary from day to day, but the ideal candidate will be able to complete all service tasks. From servicing, loading and unloading material needed for specific jobs. Compensations: • Great pay DOE • Company truck will be provided • Paid Holidays and Vacation
