We are currently looking for a Day Porter/ to join our Santa Rosa Area (PETALUMA) Compensation: $15.00 Hr. to Start Employment type: Full-time (30-40 hours per week, Mon - Sat) Janitorial Duties: • Performs exterior cleaning duties at the job sites • Picks up garbage from the property grounds • Empties garbage receptacles as needed • Hand pick debris on parking lots • Sweeps sidewalks • Wipes window sills • Removes cobwebs and graffiti • Other duties will be assigned as needed • Report issues, illegal dumping or out of contract work, able to communicate with client. Qualifications/Requirements: • Must have your own reliable transportation arrangement • No education required, however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Must be detail oriented. • Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site. • Applicants must be comfortable with heavy lifting (50-75 pounds). • Other physical requirements include: Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms, ability to crouch, kneel, and crawl. Must be able to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds normally and occasionally up to 75 pounds. • Must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions. • Must be willing to work on Holidays and weekends if needed or schedule given requires it. • The person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time. * Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, with not more than 1 moving violation or at fault accident. * Must be at least 23 years of age to meet our Auto Insurance requirements and to Drive an assigned to you company pickup truck. • A qualified person must have and also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to supervisor on a regular basis. • Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Our company participates in E-Verify.
