For 51 years Packerland Rent-A-Mat Inc. has been Wisconsin's leader in floor mat rental programs. We are a locally owned family company with approximately 55 employees. Packerland is seeking a Route Supervisor to supervise and work with Route Service Representatives who exchange floor mats at multiple customers per day - ranging from small family owned businesses to major corporate locations. This is an entry level management position for a career minded individual. Route Supervisors work closely with our Operations Manager and are directly responsible for up to 5 routes. Responsibilities: Provide daily coaching and training of Route Service Representatives. You will enjoy working with your own team of Route Service Representatives that need your help and support as they develop in their own roles Enjoys working with people, working in teams, and problem solving. Highly energetic individual that thrives on new challenges and customer service Ability to multi-task, plan, and manage time well.
