I saw this dog wandering alone without anyone around. I assume he is lost from his owners. He headed south west out of the parking lot at Laney College on Wednesday Jan 27 about 11:15am. Seen again on Saturday Jan 30 11.45am in the Laney College Parking Lot heading eastbound. Seen again on Sunday Jan 31 5am Laney College Parking Lot on the North side of the freeway. I heard him Howling as though he's trying to locate his owner late Sunday night-Monday morning. Seen again Monday Feb 4pm Laney College. Update. Have not seen the Dog since around Jan 31.
