I'm offering a cash reward if anyone can locate where this vehicle is being kept at in Vallejo. This is my vehicle....I have the registration on hand / title was in vehicle. The police refuse to help me track down this individual. (I gave the keys over for a test drive and the guy never came back to have the title signed over or hand over my plates and is now racking up fast-trak tickets in my name. If anyone can give me a address where this is parked let me know so I can contact the police to have them meet me to deal with getting my vehicle back or title signed over!!
