The Horsley Witten Group consulting team has released the final draft documents for the updated Master Plan. Links to the documents can be found at the following page on the Master Plan Steering Committee homepage:

The Planning Board will be discussing these documents at a very high level (just some initial questions and comments, if any) at their meeting on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 7:30 PM, but this conversation may not be very in depth as the members will not have had much time to review the materials.
However, the Planning Board is planning to have a much more detailed discussion about these documents at their meeting on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 7:30 PM, with the possibility of potentially even voting to approve the updated Master Plan at this meeting.
The Planning Board will be accepting written comments regarding these documents until March 3, 2021, but will most likely not be taking any verbal comments at the above meetings as there has been substantial public input on these documents leading up to this point.
