We are working on a 1920's SFH in Chehalis, Washington and we are a couple of weeks out from needing finish work done. We are flexible with the exact timing - but looking to finish work by late March/early April. Trades/scopes needed: - Hardwood floor refinishing: Apx 1300 sf of oak (down) and fir (upstairs) that needs sanding and staining. Also 13 stair treads. Looking to have done by late March. - Window repair: old, wood single and double-hung windows need some love. A little glass repair as well as fixing some pulleys and ropes. Looking for someone within the next couple of weeks. - Tile: laying tile in 2 bathrooms (floor and shower/tub surround) and kitchen (floor and backsplash). The tile is purchased and will be ready for install within a few weeks. - Fireplace: an insert was removed and we are looking for someone to inspect the fireplace for safety and repair the missing damper and anything else needed. Work can be done any time within the next couple of weeks. - Concrete repair: looking to have a concrete front walk (apx 25 sq ft) skim coated. Work needed by the end of March.
