Hi, we are a small two person remodeling company. We are expanding our business and are looking to hire our next employee. Job Type: Part Time Location: Renton to as north as Stanwood Qualifications: On the job training will occur in the first few months of your time with the company. However, the following qualifications must be met. Basic Qualifications: - Must have transportation to the worksite. - Valid, current driver's license. - Know how to use basic tools (tape measure, level). - Willingness to learn (use power tools, take on greater responsibilities as time progresses). - Motivation to work hard and always ready for the next project. Preferred Qualifications: - Understand client’s needs. - Time management skills. - Communication skills. - Detailed-Oriented. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. - Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire. - Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs. and engage in considerable bending at the waist, pulling, pushing, and climbing. - Work is done on your knees (tile and trim install). Individuals must be able to handle being on one’s knees often throughout the project’s lifecycle. Responsibilities: This is a part time role that will consist of 24-32 hours per week. Some weekend work may be required. Pay rate $15h - 18h. Our goal is to teach "you" as much as possible in the construction field. As stated above we are willing to train the right candidate.
