Lost or Stolen Cat

**My posts keep getting flagged so I took a break from trying to repost** Trying again, Aidan, my almost 12 year old tabby cat is missing. I live near the Bellingham airport and let him out most nights. I was looking to rehome him when he went missing as I have recently downsized my place and wanted to find him a better suited place for him to hunt and play out the rest of his years. BUT I didn't expect him to disappear before that chance could happen. He's very healthy, smart, and pretty fit to be outside. He's a pretty big cat, friendly to most people, not so much to other cats when it comes to protecting territory, but he was raised with another cat and dog most of his life. I'm honestly thinking someone picked him up and took him in (has happened many times in the past- he wanders in open doors and often makes himself at home wherever he goes). I'm hoping to find him and hear he's at least okay. He's been gone since the middle of January now and I still look for him every time I'm out. He did have a collar and two tags on and he is microchipped. Help?
