Royal T Management is currently searching for a Part-Time (20 hours) Janitor/Groundskeeper who will help maintain a neat a clean appearance for an Apartment Community in Fresno. Some of the Duties will include: •Keep a Neat and Clean Appearance within the Apartment Community •Picking Up Debris throughout and around the property •Dust and Vacuum the Office and Show unit •Empty Trash Receptacles •Sweep and Mop •Maintain Pool and test chemicals in the pool every 2 hours •Wipe down and clean pool area following our guidelines Our ideal candidate will have some experience in the Janitorial/Housekeeping industry and this new team member will know how a community should be cared for to always have eye catching curb appeal! •Are you looking to work Part-Time ONLY and can begin work 9am? •Are you able to work all days with WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS OFF? •Do you have the experience?
