You will be responsible for numerous construction related tasks requiring physical labor on Job Sites in all types of weather. This is a full time opportunity. If you don’t know how to install pre-cast concrete walls, but are willing to learn, work hard and safe, respect your co-workers and are open to occasional travel – we will train you! Physical Demands This job is typical of the construction business and requires 90% outside work. One must be physically fit and in good health to safely work in the heat and withstand the physical demands of the position. Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 60 lbs regularlyThe ability to repetitively bend, squat, climb a ladder, kneel, reach, crawl and move about on a construction siteContinuous movement of hands, arms and legsMust be able to hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions Work Hours and Location This position requires typical construction type hours with some weeks being less than 40 hours and other weeks being very busy requiring up to 60 hours. Our typical employee works 45-50 hours per week. Our crews travel around the State of Florida from job site to job site. Majority of work is in and around the greater Tampa, Florida area, with travel for short term out of town projects to be expected. Must be willing to travel and stay on a project for several weeks at a time.
