Hi there, We are visual artists who are in the process of setting up some serious Studios. We intend to put work into dividing and customizing a downtown space for artists of all kinds (they need not be visual). We are looking for expressions of interest from like minded individuals who would be interested in subletting a space. The prospective space has 15 ft. ceilings, good lighting (some natural light), and tons of character! We are still working out the details but I'm guessing costs would run about $200 for a 100 sq. ft. space, or $350 for 200 sq. ft. - we could discuss larger spaces if you required them. We are willing to absorb risks/up-front costs (to an extent), but would ideally want serious renters who are (within reason) committed to the long term. Let me know your thoughts!! Cheers, Paul
