We are Sacramentos Premier Rage Room, where clients come to smash and break things. We pride ourselves on being able to make strong connections with our community, we have worked with groups such as the Wounded Warriors Project, Get a Clue, and Sacramento Sheriff to name a few. We have opened a second location in Downtown Sacramento that offers our Rage Room and Axe throwing. We are hiring for a Rage Room guide position. We are a small business and try to create a fun environment, and real care in the workplace. We offer a set schedule for the following days, (Friday 4:45pm-10pm and Saturday 1:45pm-10pm) for the downtown location. Our Carmichael schedules looking to filled are (Saturdays and Sunday's 2:45pm-10pm) and the other is (Sunday 9:45am-10pm, Monday - Wednesday 4:45pm-10pm). These are set schedules and we are looking for someone that is able to work these hours consistently. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: understanding scheduling software, checking in guests, checking waivers, clean safety gear, maintain cleanliness of facility ie sweeping, moping, dusting, maintaining/restocking the restroom, showing guests to their lanes and giving them a safety briefing, watch the cameras and floor to ensure customer safety. As well provide personable customer service to all. Employees can be cross trained as a rage room guide, this entails setting up rooms and cleaning them up after each session.
