This individual performs a pre-delivery inspection, assessing the condition of unit before they are delivered to the customer and making minor repairs or adjustments to place the RV in perfect condition before delivery. A generous PTO and paid holiday program..Key Responsibilities: This role reports to the PDI Manager. Ensure the correct coach is being inspected.Full prep and systems check for functionality on delivery units.Ensures optional equipment specified by customer is in place.Washing and polishing exterior of units.Winterizing and De-winterizing as needed.Ensure final product meets the quality standards according to TGORV guidelines.Assist in maintaining shop cleanliness, holding yourself accountable for all dealership-owned tools and safety equipment. Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Must have a reliable and strong work ethic.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where conditions may change at any time I.E. emergencies, rush deliveries. Must be detail-oriented, multitask, and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Must be willing to frequently sit, stand, lay, balance, bend, or lift for prolonged periods of time.Requires manual dexterity, fine manipulation skills and the ability to reach with hands and arms, lifting up to 50 lbs.Must be willing to work outside in all seasons and weather conditions THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN BEING A PART OF OUR TEAM!
