Hello! My lease is ending at the end of July 2021 and I’m looking for a home/room in Boulder! I am a female, 23 years old, I am 420 friendly, I have no pets, I am a full time student and work a full time job. I do have an eviction on my record unfortunately from when I was younger, but afterwards I signed the lease to my current apartment that I have been renting for 2-3 years! I have recommendations! :)
