The completion of this course is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission within the first year of being a licensed real estate agent. This class meets in person or via Zoom, from 9AM-4PM on the following dates: 7/13, 7/14, 7/15, 7/16 The school final exam is being administered on 7/16 after class or by appointment. During this course, you will learn how to obtain clients; effectively work with and represent buyers and sellers; negotiate desirable terms; price property properly; and utilize contract forms shrewdly. As a bonus, by the completion of this series, you will have fulfilled your license law requirement. This class is being offered in person or via Zoom.
