Strengthen activities for the Community 2. Share some cultural ideas 3. Paint and learn 4. Share information about Legacy at Six Forks Specifications We will send out an invitation to new possible prospects to introduce our Community. It's important for our Residents and Prospective Residents to have that exposure to the Hispanic Community. Our activity will last 2 hours from 6 PM to 8PM. Timeline 6:00pm to 6:15pm: Welcome and Introduction 6:15pm to 6:30 pm: Pass out the materials; explanation of the importance of art; questions and answers about Women’s International Day; the importance of performing this cultural activity 6:30pm to 7:30Pm: Choose your favorite paint of Frida Kahlo hands on! 7:30pm to 7:45pm: Show a small video of the property and share the amazing experience of living at Legacy at Six Forks, pass out applications and business cards 7:45pm to 8:00pm Small appetizer (dobladitas) and soft drinks
