Rustic, pallet inspired Shamrock painting class using Dixie Belle VooDo gel stain, chalk mineral paints and glaze. Let's spread the luck of the Irish with some rustic-inspired wall art! Have you ever wanted to try out Dixie Belle's VooDo gel stains? They are so easy to use you will wonder why you've never tried them! How about using glazes? We love, love, love how it hides those tiny little issues that drive us OCD types crazy :) We'll start with a specially created, fully sanded, pallet-style wooden shamrock that is large in size measuring 20" x 19" x 1/2" thick crafted for our class by Signopoly. We will be using Dixie Belle's VooDo gel stain as a base and then we'll creatively apply 3 of Dixie Belle's chalk paint colors with chip brushes and we will finish the piece using Dixie Belle's glaze. Cost: $35 (includes state and parish sales taxes) and also includes all supplies and materials needed...plus a few surprises! Skill Level: Easy What to wear and bring: Please wear clothing you are comfortable working in considering we are using paint and stains. Please feel free to bring a beverage. Class Location: Cajun Vibes (located inside Airline Treasures) at 5701 Airline Drive, Metairie. Day/Time: Sunday, February 28th 1pm - 3pm CoVid Notice: Masks are required to be worn inside Airline Treasures. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available. Cancellations/Refunds: If you need to cancel, a credit will be issued toward another class if done so at least 48 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations after the 48 hr window or no shows will not receive a refund or credit.
