"Symbols of Transition" Mural Reveal and LIVE Showcase Join us for "Symbols of Transition", a mural unveiling event presented by the Bay Area Mural Program (BAMP). Enjoy art, comedy, poetry, and artwork from local vendors this Sunday at 7th West, a beautiful and large outdoor bar and restaurant in historic West Oakland. This is a LIVE in-person event and a portion of the proceeds goes to fund BAMP mural projects and community services. By supporting BAMP, you are helping BIPOC artists continue to create meaningful murals in your local community. BAMP murals depict local community members, such as the children, elders, and local leaders. BAMP prides itself on being an organization that tells the story of the people, for the people. BAMP also supports local unhoused neighbors with meal distribution, and maintains a food garden in West Oakland for the seniors in the area. LIMITING SEATING AVAILABLE to ensure social distancing.
