Full-time Childcare Needed for 3 Month Old in Harbor East

A wonderful family in Harbor East is looking for a trustworthy, reliable nanny to join their family caring for their three month-old. They are seeking an experienced, caring professional who truly loves children and who is looking for a long-term commitment to stay with them as their family grows. This is a full-time, long-term position! Nanny would be providing complete care for the baby and all tasks that correlate to the baby’s care. They would need to ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the child can thrive and develop. Duties and responsibilities will range from infant to toddler as the child grows. Nanny Duties include but are not limited to: General infant care, preparing bottles/feeding, diaper changes (potty-training), bathing and dressing appropriately for play and weather. Implementing age-appropriate creative, educational, and indoor/outdoor activities. Arranging for playdates and outings, reading, engagement and daily routines as well as transportation to activities. Additional household duties include: Children’s laundry, children’s meal prep, tidying up from meals, children’s bedroom and play area, family errands and light housekeeping (dishes, emptying the trash, keeping areas clean and tidy). ***Must be COVID conscious and adhere to COVID protocols inside and outside of the family’s home*** Position: Full-time; approx. 45 hours/week mainly Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm but does require some weekend and evening work with advance notice Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Must be a driver Must be CPR/First Aid Certified with Proof of Certification Must have comprehensive knowledge of infant and child care, including nutrition and safety with at least 3 years of childcare experience and childcare references.
