We are a Move Coordinating company that services Property Management groups and Home Owner's Associations for condominium buildings.
Compensation - Moves are booked in 4 hour windows. You are paid a full rate per move even if the move finishes before the 4 hours is up.

Job Description:
We are looking to hire contractors with flexible hours to help us service the overall Los Angeles Area. Our ideal candidates are freelancers with open schedules that are personable, attentive, and professional. Our moves are booked at random so this is an ideal opportunity for industry/gig workers.
Your duties will involve:
- Contacting and confirming your move time with the tenant
- Performing setup/breakdown duties (including putting up elevator pads, floor runners, and elevator signs)
- Performing a Pre/Post Move Inspection Report (This will be done online via your cell phone)
- Meeting/Directing the Movers where to park their truck
- Monitoring the move while in process (This could require following the movers or standing at the access point)
Requirements:
- Dependable vehicle
- Working Smartphone with no broken screen (Must have internet access)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb a ladder, reach, lift up to 30 - 35 Pounds
- Customer service experience
- Good problem solving skills
- Professional Communication Skills
