Manage for increased field efficiencies through communication and scheduling of companywide resources. Assist with new client acquisition through fielding inbound client requests and producing associated estimates and proposal presentations. Immediate Requirements: • Verbal and written English skills with perhaps Spanish (bi-lingual) communication skills is desirable. • Proficient level of Landscape knowledge and skills in all aspects of installation with at least 7 years of field experience. • College education within the construction industry with preference toward a concentration in Landscape Construction Management. • Capable of jobsite management and all associated resource coordination through to project completion. • High level of customer service and communication skills with focus on managing client requests. • Valid Colorado driver’s license with the assurance to be insurable under Ceres vehicle policy. Immediate Responsibilities & Duties: • Relate the plan details to the proposal and estimate. Use details to create a sequence of work to help coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and labor skill sets as they relate to project tasks. • Organize daily work and communicate expectations clearly and effectively with all crew members. • Manage day to day field operations for several projects simultaneously including the management of up to 20 crew members. • Continual safety and quality assurance training of all crew members on a routine basis for general and specialized landscape construction tasks. • Assist with crew member relations including onboarding, training, regular review processes including both exemplary gratification notices and assistance with disciplinary concerns. • Manage unforeseen changes to daily operating schedule. Having the ability to spontaneously adjust to daily tasks / project sequencing to maintain productive and efficient work force. • The coordinated efforts required to assist with other company construction managers as they relate to crew member capacity, vehicle usage, materials, and equipment. • Provide accurate and timely documentation of all project supporting costs and time tracking measures for owner progress reports and monthly billing cycles. • Meet productivity standards including the timely completion of work for the purpose of striving to increase productivity through efficient and effective measures while maintaining the project budget. • Ability to complete projects within allocated time and budget. Future Responsibilities: • Field inbound estimate requests from Ceres account managers, designers, general contractors, and sales staff. • Utilize quantity take-off and estimating software to build project estimates and budgets. • Produce custom proposals and participate in cost estimate presentations to Ceres clients. • Proficiency with the use of communication tools and systems to track client information through Salesforce, Dropbox, Teams, Outlook, Timberline estimating, Onscreen Takeoff, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
