FORGE INDUSTRIAL STAFFING Temporary-to-Direct Company manufactures and distributes custom signing systems. Eligible for direct hire after 90 days; hire-on with client-company will give candidate access to medical/ dental benefits, vacation/ holiday pay, 401k options, etc. An assembly team member is responsible for the assembly of putting together a quality product in a timely manner. Available Shift: 1st shift Responsibilities – Ability to read and follow both verbal and written directions. – Knowledge of hand and power tools. – Mechanically inclined. – Wears safety glasses at all time in shop environment. – Ability to accurately read a tape measure. – Report shortage of assembly materials to department leader. – Understand the importance of Quality Control and time management. – Maintain a clean work area, keep floor clear of debris. – Perform all job duties using standard practices. – Read and understand detail prints. Requirements – Perform the job safely while adhering to company safety standards. Compensation and Benefits – Pay Rate: $12/hr + based on experience
