***Must have the background in commercial cleaning and management as well as being hands -on.
** knowledge of commercial sanitizing and cleaning in additional to managing employees, budgeting and working hands -on when short staffed.
** Excellent communication skills.
**** This leadership role will require an extensive background check.
$42,000 annually PLUS yearly bonuses based upon budgeting and performance factors.
