PART TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER - STORAGE FACILITY

This is a part-time hourly position and the work week runs Monday through Friday tentatively 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Applicant must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and also have a reliable vehicle to travel between 2 locations for work. Applicant must also be willing and able to report to the job site at any time in the event of an emergency. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to light maintenance of grounds, cleaning of units, and keeping property clean of debris. The ability to lift 65 pounds without strain, to easily operate manual overhead doors and the strength to replace their the seals as well as the ability to make minor repairs is expected. The strength to cut locks with bolt cutters is also necessary. Knowledge of and practice in using various tools is also required. We are seeking a mature minded, dependable candidate who possesses the ability to be flexible on duties as assigned. A background in light maintenance/handyman work is required and customer service experience is a preferred plus. This position pays $17.00 per hour.
