Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021, at the LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart, IN. This March Wine Dinner will feature premium wines selected by LEX 530 Wine Director, Stan Minden, to pair with Executive Chef Chad Coryn’s delectable four-course dinner. The event begins at 6:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. Each course is listed below. The wines have not yet been finalized.
Reception: Passed hors d'oeuvres. Paired with an assortment of different wine options.
First Course: Leek and Yukon Gold potato soup, crispy pancetta, Vermont white cheddar.
Second Course: Pan-seared sea scallops, cauliflower, caper beurre blanc.
Third Course: Maple Leaf Farms duck breast, sweet potato, sprout salad, cherry gastrique.
Fourth Course: Chocolate and chile pot de crème, Mezcal whipped cream, cinnamon palmier.

There is limited seating for this event and we expect it to fill up fast. We are located at 530 E. Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. Guests must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID. Tickets are $100.00 (tax not included). You must purchase your ticket by noon on Friday, March 5th.
