Chunky House Shelf Sitter *****ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ALL WORKSHOPS***** *****Please read our guidelines carefully***** CANCELATION - Cancelation of a workshop may be necessary in extreme circumstances due to an emergency situation, such as illness or weather. In the event we cancel an event, you will receive a credit "equal to the amount paid" towards any future workshop within 90 days. The Chattanooga Mercantile cannot and will not issue refunds. Crafting with Carrie Workshops cannot and will not issue refunds. Any credit past 90 days is void and will not be honored. NON-ATTENDANCE - Non-attendance for a paid workshop will not be REFUNDED, no exceptions!!!! If you cannot attend a workshop you have paid for, please contact Carrie with Crafting with Carrie Workshops at (423) 320-1728 as soon as possible ***PRIOR TO THE EVENT***. It is up to the discretion of Crafting with Carrie Workshops to "offer" a future credit, but this may not always be possible. ***SUPPLY PICK UP*** IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND A PAID WORKSHOP, YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR CRAFT ITEM AS A DIY TAKE HOME KIT (paint/brushes/etc. are not included). PLEASE CONTACT CARRIE @ (423) 320-1728 if you wish to do this. After the workshop has completed, all of those in non-attendance and with NO COMMUNICATION will forfeit any claim to "credit" and/or a supply kit. DIY TAKE HOME KIT - If you see a workshop you like but can't attend in person *or* you would rather craft at home, we do offer all workshops as a "DIY TAKE HOME KIT" option. Please select that option when checking out. Note: DIY TAKE HOME KITS do not include paint, brushes, etc. to create your craft. Instructions are included in all DIY TAKE HOME KITS to walk you step by step through your project. LOCATION - Workshops are held at the Chattanooga Mercantile, located at 6725 Ringgold Road, East Ridge, TN. Please arrive on time. The studio is located in the BACK of the store, to the LEFT of the restaurant. Please do not bring children unless they are a paid participant for the workshop and/or are of an age that they can sit down and help you with your craft item. Unsupervised children and/or pets will not be permitted for the safety of the participants. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS - The studio space does NOT allow for a 6-foot distance between participants and supplies are communal and shared amongst participants. We do take extra precautions and ask that all participants wear a mask the duration of all workshops. Sanitization of surfaces and supplies is done after each workshop. Hand sanitizer is available for all participants. MASKS ARE NOT PROVIDED. No refunds will be issued to those who cannot accept these terms. DIY TAKE HOME KITS are available if you wish to pick up the unfinished craft and complete it at home (no paint, brushes, etc. are provided).
