Eastridge is hiring Concrete Formsetters for a large project in the Otay Mesa area. Our Formsetters will perform a full range of Journey Level Formsetting duties. Must be familiar with the following: They introduce rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the material, using trowels and other tools to spread and smooth concrete, and mold expansion joints and edges. Because curing time can vary by temperature, wind, and other environmental factors, laborers must monitor the material to ensure it hardens to a durable finish. Other concrete laborer job duties include coloring the finished concrete, adding small stones for decoration, and applying waterproofing and other sealants.
