Handyman replacing OSB flooring

I have plenty of work for someone beginning with helping rip the old OSB in a kitchen / dining area out, down to the subflooring and replacing it so that linoleum (sheet vinyl) can be put over it. If you have no experience with the sheet vinyl part, I can get someone else to do that, but need someone experienced with tongue and groove OSB replacement. Beyond that are jobs like replacing some sections of siding with Hardi plank, deck work, and have drywall / painting on this gig to do. Pay in cash, but you if you don't show up on time and complete the job, you don't get paid. Have plenty of work. Retired is okay. No smoking, drinking, or illegal drugs on work sites.
